Yawa Dance Company started in 2010 as a professional performance department of the YAWA Kenya organization.

 

Yawa Dance Company has since reached out to audiences in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania through workshops and performances while at the same time sharing cultures and experiences with artists and other young people.

The Company ensemble works with artists and choreographers from all over the world and who share massive knowledge and experience in teaching, performance and management of the arts.
